In unit- Stainless steel appliances includes dishwasher and microwave, large closets, LED lighting, in unit washer and dryer. Property Amenities- Year round spa and pool, game room, clubhouse, 24 hour gym, 24 hour business center, 24 hour package room, 2 fire pits, grills.
Are your apartments pet-friendly? What are the pet policies, fees, and amenities?
We are pet friendly. We have some breed restrictions. The refundable pet deposit is $300 per household and pet rent is $35 per household. We have a bark park on site.
What lease terms are available? Do you offer short-term leases?
6 to 12 months, short term leases if available is an additional $150 per month.

You can apply for an apartment at our property website at hawthornehill-apts.com. The application fee is $68.67 for a standard appliation and $62.46 for housing voucher applications.
Is parking available for residents and guests?
Yes, we have open parking first come first serve.
What utilities are included, and which are the resident's responsibility?
No utilities are included, resident is responsible for water, sewer, trash, electric, and gas.

Woodglenn Elementry, Century Middle School, and Mountain Range High School.

We have a lightrail station 0.6 miles from the property, and i25 highway access is 1.5 miles from the property.
